The project does not end with production in our workshops. Our in-house installation teams carry out the complete installation, wiring and mechanical assembly of the equipment directly at your premises. Our experienced staff have in-depth knowledge of the equipment being installed, which guarantees that all work is carried out quickly, safely and flawlessly.

Seamless mobile logistics and safety

Our installation teams are fully equipped with state-of-the-art tools and equipment. To ensure installations proceed without unnecessary downtime, we use our own installation vehicles, loaded with a wide range of commonly required materials. For longer-term projects and installations abroad, we deploy our mobile workshops. These serve on-site as both an operational materials store and a superbly equipped metalworking workshop. Ensuring 100 per cent workplace safety is a matter of course for us – all staff are fully equipped with protective and safety gear, including certified equipment for working at height.

Our own heavy machinery for working at height

For demanding installations and work at height, we have our own Manitou Maniscopic telescopic handler with a lifting height of up to 21 metres. We make effective use of this machine both for the safe vertical transport of materials (using forks or a hook) and for assembly work from a folding, rotating platform designed for the safe transport of people and tools.

Commissioning and final testing (SAT)

Once assembly is complete, the commissioning phase begins, involving software testing and the precise adjustment of the entire system. We subject each piece of equipment to final functional tests and SAT tests (Site Acceptance Testing) directly under operational conditions. We will hand over the equipment to you fully ready for commissioning, train your operators and provide the final as-built documentation.
