Production
The project documentation we produce serves as a precise and detailed basis for the subsequent manufacture of both electrical and mechanical components. To ensure we can guarantee uncompromising quality, maximum safety and strict adherence to deadlines, we do not rely on subcontractors.
The entire production of electrical equipment – from empty enclosures to complex switchboards and control panels – is carried out exclusively by our experienced in-house staff. All assembly takes place at our own, modern, well-equipped premises in Libčany.
A key part of our process is rigorous unit testing and official FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) carried out directly at our plant. Every piece of equipment therefore leaves our workshops fully inspected, tested in the customer’s presence and ready for safe operation. We have complete control over every detail and guarantee a flawless delivery.

Automatic grab manipulator SRF
Supply of a set of three complete handling units for the transport of SRF and shredded tyres (alternative fuels). PLC-based control.
Fully automatic operation with the option of manual control from the cab using a joystick-equipped seat-mounted controller.
The switchboards located in the switchboard room are protected against adverse external influences (dust and moisture) from the stored material.

Automatic wood chip manipulator
Delivery of two automatic manipulators for transporting wood chips. Controlled by a SIEMENS PLC.
Fully automatic operation with the option of manual control via a joystick remote control.
