Delivery of a complete manipulator for transporting SRF (alternative fuels). PLC-based control. Fully automatic operation with the option of manual control via a joystick remote controller.
The currently handled material is monitored using a thermal camera. The thermal image is transmitted to the central control room, allowing early detection of any areas with elevated material temperature.
The control cabinet is installed on a service walkway. The cabinet area is ventilated via an air-handling duct routed outside the building.

Interesting facts
After a fire broke out at the landfill, the original machine was destroyed. At that time, we were delivering another machine to Romania; it was modified so that it could operate at the landfill in place of the old machine. The project was completed in four weeks, including over the Christmas holidays.
