SAT Sofia – Manipulator for SRF Transport

Delivery of a complete manipulator for transporting SRF (alternative fuels). PLC-based control. Fully automatic operation with the option of manual control from an operator’s seat located in the control room at the end of the crane runway or via a joystick remote controller.

The control room was part of the manipulator delivery. From the control position, the operator has a clear overview of the storage area. Information about the currently handled material is provided by a camera mounted on the manipulator trolley.

Control cabinets located in the control room are protected against adverse external influences (dust and moisture) from the stored material.
